We are a collaborative church planting movement, represented by a range of denominations and backgrounds

Stu Lynch - Anglican

Having the opportunity to meet with planters from a variety of ministry contexts, backgrounds, and denominations during the monthly planters forums has been a real blessing and encouragement.

Being part of 2020 Birmingham has meant working with leaders from other denominations and networks. It has been a privilege to spend time with them, learn from them and pray with them so that Jesus would be glorified in our city.

Barnaby Pain - FIEC

Working cross-demoninationally with other 2020 churches to create a church-planting movement in Birmingham has been exciting. It has been uplifting to hear how God is working through each of our churches, and I have been encouraged to try new things through others sharing their successes and failures.

Our work in a community outreach project in East Birmingham has often felt lonely and thankless with some unique challenges of cross-cultural work in a deprived inner-city area. The training and encouragement we have received through 2020 has greatly helped us, as has the financial and prayer support of a number of 2020 churches.
